湖南家庭教会牧师曹三强服满7年刑期获释两年半后，仍被中国当局限制出境。他近日在接受本台专访时说，出狱后多次申请护照，但因被列入边控名单，至今无法办理。曹三强今年4月确诊前列腺癌晚期，希望当局基于人道考虑向他签发护照。
