The Alliance Futures Initiative, or TAFI, a Washington-based think tank recently published a report that documented a targeted campaign to promote Beijing's latest five-year plan by nine Chinese Embassies in the Pacific. RFA's Eugene Whong interviewed the author of that report, Jonah Bock, who is TAFI's assistant director for research.
